Counselling

Individual counselling sessions are one-on-one meetings with a trained therapist focused on helping clients explore personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their goals. These sessions provide a confidential space for self-reflection, emotional support, and personal growth.


Couples Counselling

Couples Counselling is a form of therapy that focuses on helping partners improve their relationship dynamics. It offers a safe, neutral space to discuss concerns, understand each other’s perspectives, and rebuild trust and connection. The goal is to help you and your partner grow together by addressing challenges, fostering open communication, and developing healthier ways to relate.

I am a passionate mental health professional dedicated to serving clients in very meaningful ways through empathy, while providing strategies that would help them manage stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. I recognize that every once in a while, we wish to have someone to talk to about life issues, and I am here to listen and help. I combine my education and wealth of experience from different countries and organizations in my work as a psychologist and my goal is to help clients identify values to support being their true and authentic selves. I am a professional who excels at providing a person-centered therapeutic approach to help clients facilitate personal adjustments towards having meaningful lives. I use cognitive behavioural therapy strategies, Acceptance and commitment therapy in my work. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

As an ally and a person of colour, I support clients from a diverse lens and view myself as a partner in their therapeutic journeys. I provide a safe environment where we can explore life challenges and sufferings to improve daily functioning.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative, drawing from a range of evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy and Attachment Theory. I create a structured yet supportive environment to help clients work toward their goals in a safe and comfortable space. I am passionate about life-long learning and have completed additional training in DBT. I plan to pursue further training in the Gottman Method and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I primarily work with adults and I am committed to providing personalized care that suits each client’s unique needs. I understand that deciding to start therapy can be intimidating, and I commend you for taking that first step. Whether you’re dealing with a long-standing issue or something more recent, I am here to guide you through the process and help you reach your goals.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy staying active through long walks, going to the gym, and spending time with family, friends, and my dog, Henry.

Sienna is passionate about helping individuals struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, addiction, and trauma. Sienna also has a great understanding of neurodivergence and is well aware of the added challenges associated with ADHD and autism. Making meaningful connections is a top priority for Sienna. Her commitment to diversity and openness to learn, allows her to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for the unique needs of each client. Sienna uses client-centered therapy as her foundation and draws from several modalities including compassion focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and family systems. When Sienna is not supporting clients, she gets a lot of joy from her gaggle of cute animals, listening to audio books, and hiking with her kids.
